- Describe your creative piece – what is it and what has it been used for, and why is it innovative?
- The NCSS Brochure is a cumulative respresenation of all of the services provided by our non-profit organization. This brochure is distributed to eight counties in Pennsylvania as well as to government customers. The brochure contains a lot of detailed information about our services without sacrificing design and agency branding.
- What issue or problem were you working to address with this piece?
- Our agency needed to increase communicate to educate the community about its wide array of services. The NCSS Brochure is a clean piece designed to fit into brochure racks in hospitals, visiting centers and doctors' offices.
- How has your submission successfully impacted your organization’s ability to solve this issue/problem?
- The creation of the NCSS Brochure led to further outreach to the community about social services for the legally blind, prevention of blindness, and employment opportunities for those with vision loss. Until this piece was created, there was no cumulative way to communicate what we do.
