Describe your creative piece – what is it and what has it been used for, and why is it innovative?
This is a brochure for our summer program. It has been used for both, advertisement and registration. It is innovative in its presentation, size, color and easiness to read. The distribution of information -we have heard from clients- is so well organized that they actually "read the brochure". Usually, these brochures are crowded ad hard to follow. We were able to use PMS colors to differentiate from other common colors/brochures.
What issue or problem were you working to address with this piece?
Potential decrease in program enrollment Organizational Image Improvement Family Paperwork gathering (required by the State of California). Creation of new forms to gather information requires by the Ste of California
How has your submission successfully impacted your organization’s ability to solve this issue/problem?
Due to the financial crisis in the country, our program was facing a potential decrease in enrollment. With this brochure, we were able to create a better image for our program and therefore were able to attract more customers. We even were able to add "Family Paperwork Pages" in the brochure , which has helped us reduce the amount of time our staff spends sorting through that paperwork at the very beginning of the program. We are very excited to be able to spend more time focusing on children and less on paperwork. After all, we are here for these children and we are very content that Adobe products have helped us increase productivity in that way!
